Scope
The service provides technical pre-classification based on user-provided information and the selected Article 5, Article 6 and Annex III triggers.
Expected usage
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, internal validation and any additional legal or compliance review.
Liability limits
The service is not a law firm and does not replace regulatory counsel, notified-body review or the decision of a competent authority.
